Your contract term is fixed in time and is set out clearly and transparently in the rental agreement. In addition, it is always a fixed-term contract and therefore it ends without the need for termination at the end of the agreed term.
Guests are only allowed to move around the building when accompanied by the tenant. The tenant is liable for his guests for the duration of their stay. In principle, you are not allowed to accommodate guests in your room, as this is legally not possible due to space constraints. Permission from the administration must therefore be obtained
There are no private parking spaces directly on the property. However, at Bergstrasse 55, 8032 Zurich, tenants have the option to reserve a parking space for a limited period via ShareP using the following link:

In addition, there are blue and white parking zones available in the city. The costs and conditions for these zones can be obtained directly from the city administration.
Pets are not allowed. If you ever need to look after a pet, this is allowed for a maximum of one day and everyone's well-being is our priority.
There are a few double rooms. This must therefore be clearly defined and recorded in marketing when the contract is concluded.
